Introducing the new “Louver Cho-Plus,” a high-design type louver material featuring wood-grain embossing, designed for facilities using PLUSWOOD—a recycled wood composite material made of wood flour and resin. By applying a roughened finish and unique wood-grain embossing to the surface of the louver material, we have pursued a design that highlights the beautiful wood-grain pattern, making it stand out through the contrast of color variations and shadows.

Key Features of Pluswood Louver
High Rigidity & Low Thermal Expansion
The base material utilizes a specialized ABS resin with high rigidity and low linear expansion. This provides high structural strength, allowing for larger installation spans and a standard long-length format of 4 meters. Furthermore, compared to olefin-based resins, the flexural modulus is more than double, and the linear expansion coefficient is less than half.
Impact Resistance
Pluswood Louvers are more resistant to cracking than ceramic alternatives and offer excellent impact strength. Additionally, their lightweight nature minimizes the structural load on the building.
Versatile Textures
While most recycled wood products are limited to a “textured” (brushed) finish, Pluswood Louvers feature a scratch-resistant surface available in both Smooth (Non-textured) and Textured finishes. We also offer wood-grain coloring for a premium aesthetic.
Clean, Hidden Fastening System
For hollow profiles, we utilize a rear-mounting system with “Mecha-nuts.” This conceals all mounting hardware for a sleek, seamless appearance. With a pull-out strength of 200–300 kg, the system provides more than enough structural integrity to withstand high wind pressures.
