Hydrophilic Functionality Due To『Hydrophilic Coating』
Hydrophilic coating is a coating that creates a surface where water spreads and flows easily. Condensation water does not form droplets and spreads over the surface, suppressing dripping. By preventing water droplets from falling from the ceiling, it helps reduce foreign matter contamination risks. As water flows along the slope, it penetrates beneath dirt, lifting and washing it away. Remaining dirt can be easily wiped off, making maintenance for a clean environment easier.

Introducing Six Product Features
Cleanability (foreign matter contamination prevention)
In facilities where hygiene is critical, the presence of dirt must be avoided. Shizuclear Non-Combustible features a hydrophilic coating that prevents dirt from adhering, greatly contributing to the maintenance of hygienic environments.
Thermal insulation (condensation control)
Ceilings are prone to condensation and mold due to indoor temperature and humidity conditions and generated steam.
As a lightweight insulated panel filled with insulation across its full width, Shizclear Non-Combustible provides excellent thermal performance and is effective for condensation control.
In combination with a vapor barrier sheet, airtightness is improved, contributing to reduced air-conditioning costs.
Corrosion resistance (rust prevention)
Depending on temperature, humidity, and chemical exposure, some metals used in facilities are prone to rust, increasing the risk of foreign matter contamination.
Shizuclear Non-Combustible uses “Corrosion-Resistant Aluminum” and offers excellent chemical resistance.
In addition, its three-layer surface coating structure provides a surface that is highly resistant to corrosion.

Non-combustibility
Under the Building Standards Act, ceiling materials in rooms with fire-using equipment must be quasi-non-combustible. Shizuclear Non-Combustible has obtained Non-Combustible Certification and can be safely used in facilities that handle fire.
Ease of installation
Extremely lightweight and easy to handle; can be cut with a standard circular saw, offering excellent workability and flexibility for various installation details. Installed on LGS (light-gauge steel) substrates, it is also suitable for renovation projects.
