１．Uniform Thickness, Integrally Molded
Thin resin products are generally manufactured by vacuum forming. Due to the characteristic of this process, the material tends to become thinner at three-sided intersections – the most critical areas for waterproofing. In contrast, WEATHERTIGHT is manufactured by injection molding, ensuring a uniform thickness from the flat surfaces to every corner of the three-sided intersections for a more secure design. Furthermore, by precisely controlling thickness, some models feature different thicknesses for horizontal and vertical surfaces to achieve the ideal fit.

WEATHERTIGHT covers vulnerable three-sided intersections in one step, requiring only waterproof tape for fastening. This ensures consistent installation quality regardless of the worker’s skill level or experience.

The translucent design allows the underlying substrate to remain visible, significantly improving installation precision.
